In short: AI CEO Tycoon does not require an account and does not collect, store or sell your personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. We (the developer) do not run any servers that receive data from the game.

1. Who we are

AI CEO Tycoon is a game developed and published on Google Play by Red Pixels, an independent one-person game studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens with information when you use the game.

2. Information stored on your device

Game progress and settings (your company, choices, language, volume and similar settings) are saved only in the app's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Names you type in the game (CEO, company, AI model, cat) are part of the save on your device only.

3. Information we collect

We do not collect personal or sensitive user data. The game has no registration, no account, no chat, and does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone or files.

4. Features that use device capabilities

Notifications. The game can schedule local reminders (for example, "a timer is finished"). They are created on your device; no data is sent anywhere. You can allow or deny notifications and turn them off at any time in the game settings or in Android settings.
Sharing. When you tap "Share", the game creates an image (for example, your ending or your AI model's benchmarks) on your device and opens the Android share menu. The image is sent only to the app you choose, and only if you choose to. We do not receive it.
Internet access is used only by Google Play services described below (purchases and ads, where available). The game itself does not send your data to our servers — we have none.

5. Third-party services

The game is distributed through Google Play and may use the following Google services. These services are operated by Google and process data under Google's Privacy Policy:

Google Play — app distribution, updates and, if you opted in on your device, crash and performance statistics (Android vitals) that Google provides to developers in aggregated form.
Google Play Billing — optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made, never your payment details.
Google AdMob — optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch an ad for an in-game bonus) and, where enabled, ads between game sessions. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. Learn more: How Google uses information from apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and limit ad personalization in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

6. Data security

Your game data stays on your device and is protected by Android's app sandbox. Communication with Google services is handled by Google over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

7. Data retention and deletion

Since we do not collect your data, we do not store or retain anything about you.
You can delete your game progress at any time: in the game, open Menu → Settings → Progress → "Delete save", or clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the game.
Data processed by Google services is retained according to Google's policies; you can manage it in your Google Account.

8. Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

If the game starts using new services or handling data differently, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.

2. Что хранится на вашем устройстве

Прогресс и настройки игры (компания, решения, язык, громкость и т. п.) сохраняются только в локальном хранилище приложения на устройстве и никуда не передаются.
Имена, которые вы вводите в игре (CEO, компания, модель ИИ, кот), — часть сохранения на устройстве.

3. Какие данные мы собираем

Мы не собираем личные и конфиденциальные данные пользователей. В игре нет регистрации, аккаунта и чата; она не обращается к контактам, фото, местоположению, камере, микрофону и файлам.

4. Функции, использующие возможности устройства

Уведомления. Игра может ставить локальные напоминания («таймер готов»). Они создаются на устройстве, данные никуда не отправляются. Уведомления можно разрешить, запретить и выключить в настройках игры или Android.
«Поделиться». По нажатию игра создаёт на устройстве картинку (например, концовку или бенчмарки модели) и открывает системное меню Android. Картинка уходит только в выбранное вами приложение и только если вы этого хотите. Мы её не получаем.
Доступ в интернет нужен только сервисам Google Play, описанным ниже (покупки и реклама, где они есть). Сама игра не отправляет ваши данные на наши серверы — у нас их нет.

5. Сторонние сервисы

Игра распространяется через Google Play и может использовать сервисы Google, которые обрабатывают данные по Политике конфиденциальности Google:

Google Play — установка, обновления и (если вы разрешили это на устройстве) статистика сбоев и производительности (Android vitals), которую Google передаёт разработчикам в обобщённом виде.
Google Play Billing — необязательные покупки в игре. Оплату полностью проводит Google; мы получаем только подтверждение покупки и никогда — платёжные данные.
Google AdMob — необязательная реклама за награду (вы сами решаете посмотреть ролик ради бонуса) и, где она включена, реклама между сессиями. AdMob может собирать идентификаторы устройства (например, рекламный идентификатор Android), IP-адрес и данные о взаимодействии с рекламой, чтобы показывать и измерять её. Сбросить или удалить рекламный идентификатор и ограничить персонализацию рекламы можно в настройках Android (Настройки → Конфиденциальность → Реклама).

6. Безопасность данных

Данные игры остаются на устройстве и защищены песочницей приложений Android. Связь с сервисами Google идёт по зашифрованным соединениям (HTTPS/TLS) и обеспечивается Google.

7. Хранение и удаление данных

Мы не собираем ваши данные, поэтому ничего о вас не храним.
Удалить прогресс можно в любой момент: в игре — Меню → Настройки → Прогресс → «Удалить сохранение»; либо очистить данные приложения в настройках Android; либо удалить игру.
Данные, которые обрабатывают сервисы Google, хранятся по правилам Google; управлять ими можно в аккаунте Google.

8. Дети

Игра предназначена для игроков от 13 лет и не ориентирована на детей младше 13 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем личные данные детей. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал личные данные через игру, напишите нам — поможем их удалить.

9. Изменения политики

Если игра начнёт использовать новые сервисы или иначе обращаться с данными, мы обновим эту страницу и дату вверху до того, как изменения вступят в силу.
